Hello, all :)
Finally I’ve done my very first CTS assignment "An Interactive Sci-fi Cube". For this assignment, we had to choose ONE science fiction movie and make an interactive cube based on the chosen movie :) It was a group project and I worked with my amazing PANDI WOLVES members : Villson Ho Jie Shien, Pan Lee Jun, Kelly Low Jia Wen, Megan One Li Ann and me Claire Kim Min Sol myself~
The chosen movie for this project was "AVENGERS (2012)" (episode 1)!! Actually I watched this episode long time ago but I had to watch again because It's been so long to remember the details of movie.

Our style of cube is 'storytelling' and main characters are Iron man & hulk! so the outside of the box is about Iron man and the inside is about the hulk. The story is WE NEED TO RELEASE THE HULK TO FIGHT WITH ENEMIES. So, it's basically like we need to unlock the ironman to release the hulk and the enemies are our classmates xD

After deciding the final design, we started to make our cube with recycled box and decorated it nicely :D
The main colours of the exterior are RED & GOLD because those represent the Iron man the most.

While Villson and Jun were making/decorating exterior of the cube, Me and Megan made the HULK which was placed inside the box.
Actually, we faced many problems about placing the hulk inside. At first, the hulk was too big to fit perfectly inside the box so we had to squeeze hulk's arms hard to make them flat. Secondly, it was a challenge to make arms movable. We thought it would work well but actually didn't really work so we had to fix them again and again.

After we spent mostly the whole one week for this project, finally we completed this amazing interactive cube :D Here are photos of our final product!
Yay I'm so so proud of my group and final product :) Even though it was kind of stressful and tough to do, it was actually fun and good experience to me. Also, when we presented our product to lecturers, mostly they seemed to be pleased but they said if there were all 7 characters of Avengers in our cube, it would be more nicer :0 so we will have to try to improve our cube more before the 1st semester ends!
